Time for tea challengeAnna, the 7th Duchess of Bedford, complained of 'having that sinking feeling' during the later afternoon. At the time people would only eat two main meals a day; breakfast and dinner at around 8 o'clock in the evening. The Duchess's answer was a pot of tea and a light snack, eaten during the afternoon.
We should never suffer from a sinking feeling in guiding and to help us and others overcome this, we invite you to take our time for tea challenge. PLEASE NOTE: We have now retired this badge from sale. The challenge pack remains available here for anyone who would like to access it.
We have sold 9,000 badges and every penny of the profits has gone to help us provide fantastic adventures for the Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Rangers across the district.
Many thanks to everyone who has supported us by buying the badge. We hope you have enjoyed it as much as we have.
